Should I accept employment with any client of Agensi Pekerjaan Recruit Excella Sdn Bhd (202301029587 / 1523510-V), and leave/resign within 6 months from the date of commencement of work, I agree to pay Agensi Pekerjaan Recruit Excella Sdn Bhd (202301029587 / 1523510-V) my confirmed 1st month salary as compensation for the time spent by all parties involved processing my application. This would also apply if I accept employment and do not commence work. I understand any misrepresentation or omission of information will be sufficient reasons for withdrawal of an offer or subsequent dismissal.
